- I can confirm that the dash support does some good. Mine is still out after doing a clutch job (no holes punched in the carpet, so getting the buggering bolts in requires more time than I've had late

- The center dash support bolts to the _frame_ through the floorboard. The holes in the floorboard are directly below where the center dash support would be connected to your dash... below the "heater
