The dashpot oil plunger BINDS on one of my SU H6 carb's. This causes the piston to not slide correctly. What should I do- simply bend it? What if I can't determine what direction? Thanks, Paul Dorsey

The business end of the plunger floats on the shaft, so if the shaft is bent badly enough to make it bind, the bend should be obvious. I would start by swapping plungers with the other carb, and be
