The immediate things that come to mind are: 1. The top edge of the windshield frame is different on the Mk2 from the Mk3 2. The way the soft top frame on a Mk2 is removable whereas the Mk3 folds down

Here's another possibility that has worked for me. I used non-drying window caulk (the rope type) it keeps the moisture out and does not glue the parts together making future repairs difficult. Joe /
