I got my new Coventry clutch from Spitbits. Looks nice. the included throw-out bearing looks nice. But the question is, how do I get the old one out, off the sleeve? I can't honestly think of a non-d

Is this for a Spitfire 1500? I honestly can't remember what the throwout bearing looks like! If it was the GT6 bearing pushed on to a brass sleeve, perhaps the same on earlier Spitfires(?), I'd say t

Now it all makes sense. I was wondering how a ratchet socket was to interact with removing the bearing from the sleeve. So it was to slam it down & out. I see now. I will have to scrounge around for
