Two nuts & the top left screw from the center piece. It's probably best to loosen the center panel completely to not stress the drivers panel as you are removing it.

Sorry, let me clarify: There are two nuts that hold the drivers side of the dash in place as well as a hook into the center dash piece. The top left screw of the center console goes through this hook

Probably has something to do with the fact that you can turn the overdrive on in either 3rd or 4th.. hence "double" overdrive. Anybody else??
