- Why not replace the gasket? It is not that dificult to do, especially if you have the cooling system drained anyway. It depends how much beer you intend drinking before lighting the BBQ! Dean Rayner.

- No! This is a vital part of the overdrive system. It prevents the overdrive being engaged in any gear other than 3rd and 4th. If O/D is used in 1st or 2nd it will put too much torque through the O/D
