By all means AC. Just a 5000 BTU window unit will turn a 700-800 sg ft shop into something you can actually work in, not just sweat. Even if it will not cool the shop down to 70 when it is 95 outside

I am no battery expert, but I have found that the rechargeable battery jumper boxes sold at Harbor Freight, etc. for as little as $39 have the same (yes exactly the same) battery as sold by the race

Adjust to 0 lash , TDC on each cylinder and it should start. Let it run long enough to get the engine up to normal operation temp and then readjust with the engine running, valve covers off , and oil

I think the most serious problem is the size of the frame rails. Most car trailers use at least 2x6 box tubing , and the 24' & 28' use 8" to 10" box. I would suggest you check some of the trailer mfg
