- It is of my opinion that chenmical dipping is the only way to ALL the rust off. Liquids go everywhere and mechanical media does not. its just human limitations to get to ALL the knooks and crannies.

- . Ok, you opened the can. I'm gonna kick it over, hehe. Bare primer will not stop rust. Primer is to give the paint something to stick to. The paint is there to prevent rust and give it a nice look.
