What is the best way to remove the old undercoating off the inside of my I have tried sandblasting but this is no good, grinding wire brushing off but the undercoating is gooey and gets really messy.

I've had no luck in my search for an original replacement for my radiator.( my truck had no radiator when i got a hold of it) Any suggestions on any brands/ suppliers that will keep me somewhat close
