Check the solenoid plunger. It may be worn on one side, causing it not to engage when power is applied. Turn it over 180 deg., stuff it back in and see if that works. It did for me. -- Shel Bercovich

If the Prelude seats are built the same way as the Civic seats (and I think they are), a 1" square tube (either wood or metal) under the seat frame will put you up high enough to see over the wheel.
