I have not had this problem before, but do not push my skylark nearly that hard. Could it be that you are running too high of fuel pressure for the Carter? I know that mine will flood with the curren

I run a Carter AFB 625 on my V8 and haven't had a problem with auto crossing it. My pump is putting out a static pressure of 4 to 4.5 psi. If you go much higher than that you will start to get floodi
