Don't do it. If you had a heater core and the heater were turned off, then the heater valve would be closed. So, no heater, block off both heater hose connections. Or install a heater valve and close

I think you're stuck. Superglue doesn't really bond well to vulcanized rubber. Just buy a new motor mount. I'm not aware of anything, but you could either modify a stock one to have stops to prevent

One other thing that you might want to consider... leave the spacers out of the rear rail bolts. This tilts the seat back just a bit, and for many drivers this is MUCH more comfortable. Marvin Match

One nit to pick: To build a 302 out of a 283, you just bore it 1/8" to 4.00 inches, same as the early Z- 28s. I can't imagine anyone stroking a 283 to get this displacement. BTW I like this car more
