Sounds like it's externally balanced to me. :) Carl F. TN (Chevy man) -- Balancing Differences The 1968-1979 302s (and all 289s/351Ws) used a 28 oz imbalance. The 1982-up 302s use a 50 oz imbalance.

I bought 2 Camaro V8 WC T-5s used 3-4 years ago. One is a '90, the other a '91. Both have the .63 overdrive. I paid $200 & $500. If you plan to use a Ford T-5, a NEW one can be had for a bit over $10
