$3145 for 50hp!?!? I think any engine conversion you choose could beat that on a horsepower and cost basis... but I guess the kit is for purists... but would a purist add such a non-stock item?? Chri

Hi I'm Chris in Atlanta, Is anyone working on putting the LS1 in an MGB? I like how light the Rover engine is (300 lbs. correct?)... but I'm thinking the LS1 without A/C or power steering is going to

I was refering to the all aluminum LS1. I believe the iron block engines are LQ4 and LQ9. I haven't been able to find reliable weight numbers for the LS1 or the 215. A couple websites list a manual t
