I've actually installed a 110 volt inverter in my car. Powers the laptop and video camera. No more worries about battery life in those two, all for $30 at Sam's Club! I plug in the cell phone charger

I've had trouble with Geez trimming off the start of my runs. The "trim" option is off. My start threshhold was set at .4g, something I'd done when using a mod car and before the "prostart" version.

The 9-volt battery lasts longer than my laptop battery... WAAAAAY longer. I don't see 9-v battery life as an issue. I've velcro'd the 9-v battery box to my laptop lid. Functional, but not attractive.
