- When I got my car earlier this year, the 2L engine came with a fuel pump with crimped sides on it, i.e. no visible way to repair the diaphragm if needed. There was also a spacer in between the engine

- list, interesting discovery was made today. a 70 2000 fuel pump works on a 66 1600! the flow is backward, if you hook it up just like the 66 it sucks the gas out of the carbs instead of pumping it in
