You have a 70, a dual master cyl car, so it dosnt matter if you do the back or front first, as its a sep circuit, but I would do the front first, just cause it takes more juice and will give a sense

I have seen this before. If your charger has a trickle, or "maintainer" setting, you can probably bring the gel cell back to life. If the charger wont charge it, leave it connected anyway for a while
