Take a really good look at the 311 site. There is a WIKI tech section which has write-ups on different repairs. Also there is a list of parts which interchange with the Roadster parts under "Parts".

A great place is Lake Cachuma County Park. I have camped there and it is really cool. It has a little store, a marina, boat rental, showers and the lake is great for fishing. You can not swim in it

Harbor Freight has a giant O ring box assortment for cheap. Peter, You might try using an O-ring. If you don't use the lighter as a lighter it won't get hot enough to possibly cause problems with it
