I just added one leaf to the rear on a 69 and when it was arched properly, the car was fine. Shop did all kind of vehicles and set it exactly where I wanted it. Helped rear suspension immensely. Mike

Have a friend work the clutch while you look at the fork movement. I should be at least an inch or more if I remember..Then go through the slave and master cylinders to make sure they are good Also,

I've installed several tops. Just take your time and use an exacto knife for the cuts. Crown ( a cheaper top) gives instructions that are pretty easy. A better top (robbins) may require an upholstery

I run mid grade on my roadsters with no problem. Just watch out for the I'm also at 6000' altitude so compression is automatically lower. Anyone remember the price of gas when you started driving???

So make sure #1 is a TDC then align the rotor to the #1 wire on the dist. Of course you'll have to remove the dizzy a few time to get this right. You'll need to get a haynes book on the firing order
