I am in the process of rebuilding a 5 speed and it was highly suggested among other things to replace all 7 ball bearings in the tranny. Nissan, from what I heard wants over $200 for the bearings, so

I use Redline MTL90 in my trannies and it's great especially when the car is cold. I also use Redline 75/90 in my diff.
