I just did one. Heat, penetrating oil, large hammer. The problem is that as the stud rusts the rust takes up lots more room than the metal that rusts. So the space packs totally full, and then some,

Check your fuel pressure. Roadster carbs like about 3psi. Most electric pumps put about 6psi. Sure way to force fuel past the float valves. The other option is worn out float valves. keith /// datsu
