- If you read the rules carefully, it offers an "exception". Sections 3.3A and 3.3B seem to contradict each other on this. This issue came up at Nationals this year when I was working the B-Stock group

- help Sabelt/TRW, I find pull down is much easier to adjust/tighten, especially if you have more than one driver. Y style is probably easier to mount, but individual is required for some road racing

- great == I have a 3" RJS (they make a lot of roundy-roundy dirt track stuff) harness with pull-down straps. In my opinion, you do want pull down on the shoulder. My lap belts are also pull-down but

- I really like my Schroth harness that uses a 2" pull UP lap belt and 3" pull down shoulder straps. Makes it really easy to adjust and the 2" lap belt is much more comfortable than a 3". Only problem
