Not really different. You are cooling part of the car, in the hope that it will run better if the given part is cooler. I don't think the exoticness of cooling substance is of any importance at all.

I have noticed that some of the hot-shoes seem to breath off the throttle a bit as they make the direction change around the cone. So I tried it. Seems to work well to get the car to rotate quickly.

I think that this type of class is a good idea. I would, in general be in favor of even fewer restrictions. There are 2 that come to mind: 1. Head porting. Why not? 2. Nitrous. Why not? The autocross
