- About the valve bounce. I installed upgraded valve springs and stainles valves with the rebuild. Also replaced the guides and exhaust seats. Just took it out to try the fuel test suggested by Dick. T

- I went through a similar problem some months ago. Rick is right you either have the gear in the wrong position at the dizzy drive/cam gear or more seriously have the crank/camshaft position wrong. F
