Once you take the screws that are along the top edge of the screen off, =
the screen can be removed. After the screen is removed, the nuts that =
hold the cowl vent cover to its' hinge mechanism will be exposed and can =
be removed along with the cowl vent cover. The hinge assembly itself =
needs to be removed from inside the car with the dash out.

The vent cover itself looks to be in reasonably good shape but I suspect =
