Arch,
You might want to get some opinions on tank sealers. Some just make a huge
mess of things. I know there are some good ones, I just haven't found
those. You might check with Eastwood. The key to a good seal is the
inside of the tank must be flawless. Otherwise the stuff just peals off
and makes a mess.
