I did a search on BMW Cease and Desist and came up with a couple of hits one
about the use of Mini Likenesses on roller coaster rides and the other about
AskJolene.com regarding BMW content in their web site.

What is the source of the issue you are talking about?

Also "Just wondering"

Does anyone have the low down on thee supposed "cease and desist"
letters from BMW? Has anyone actually seen one and could they provide a
copy we might be able to inspect?

Just wondering...
