ROFLMAO!
i refused to be the company santa when i worked for a dealership because
they expected me to do it based upon my size alone. i was living large at
the time! quite honestly the losses were done to be there for our son
(just turned 7 ). i know i will be very uncool in a few years and he will
do some stupid things . i want to be the one who is there to pick him up
and brush him off after he falls down. he is my motivation for better
health. i kid about faster lap times(wich have come, too!). but my honest
motivation is to not have a heart attack and expire ahead of "the plan".
i'm a bit of a silly person(ok really crazy!) but i'm not in a hurry to
check out and at 453lbs i was not far from some serious health problems
besides the diabetis, arthritis, high blood pressure, sleep apnia, morbid
obesity, asthma and a few i have forgotten already! at this point of my
weight loss i have rid myself of evry medication( by doctor's instruction!
not by my refusal to take!) but the asthma inhaler and that has reduced by
over 50% in my need to use it any more!
now? possibly this might encourage others to look seriously at their
personal situations(possibly not?) and evaluate where you might be and where
you expect to be "down the road" ? i plan to continue to race, restore
cars and collect my vintage HO gauge trains for quite a while. (and i
gotta plan !) ;)
see y'all at sebring! i'll be the orange car evryone will be passing!

bugeye (ex roethel DC region car )#1
"life is good"! :)
