Douglas L. Milliken available from the SAE: Phone 412 776 4841. A great book
if you are interested in the mathematics of vehicle handling.
I don't believe that the self-servo action is an integral calculus problem.
It is covered in another book from SAE called "Vehicle Braking" by A.K.Baker
but the mathematics are simple. Just take moments around the pin with the
friction force assumed to be concentrated at the mid-point of the shoe.
