Is there anyone out there who may have some info on university papers
done on the effects of automobiles on society?

With all the restrictive legislation we constantly see increasing the
price of cars, and reducing the fun we get from them (inspired more
by legislators and their cronies out to make a fast buck off the buyer
than anything else) - Id be more interested in the effect of "Society"
on the poor old Automobile!!!
