I recently obtained an 1147 Spitfire that was raced by French Hickman
(around 1970) and later by Curt Getches (around 73) and finally by Don
Reynolds (early 80's). Does anyone know if French is still around. I have
spoken with Don and w/ Curt about this car's history. Does anyone know this
car and about it's past with French? I am told he purchased this car from
an individual in New York and that the car has been a racer since it was
new. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
