There are a ton of both. There is a Lotus ring, that links many of the
Lotus sites. Start with:
http://www.fastcorner.com/lotusring/
and click on "Next" on the image of the Lotus Web ring on the bottom of the
page to get started working around the ring.
A good FF place to start is Tim's site at:

It is chock full of links.
That will keep you busy for a while.
