Good observation. There are many parallels -- even in music, for
example. My 30 year old son is chagrinned to find his rock music being
played on the golden oldies radiio stations. Twenty years ago everybody
wanted a Model A roadster. Not now. Guess what's hot now? '57 Chevvies
for the over 50 year olds, late 60's Chevvies for the 40 year olds,
yadda yadda. HOWEVER -- the Antique Auto Club of America continues to
exist at approximately the same size as twenty years ago. It just hasn't
grown significantly. I'll bet the same will be true of our sport.
