There are several options now a days.  Hylomar is tested but some people
don't like it.  Yamaha puts out a product called Yammabond #4 which is
more forgiving (will take up more crevices and seal more spaces) than
Hylomar (personal opinion).  There are several products made by Honda and
Kawasaki for their applications where metal-metal contact is made and 
     no gasket is called for.  These are new and easier to apply than 
     Yammabond.  Felpro makes a spray (part #220) that is quite good
     and STICKY but, I'm not sure it will work in the absence of a gasket.
