Vintage racing mini's usually don't use sway bars, after the driver gets
fast!  Often, newer drivers try them for awhile.  I used stock cones, and
used Hydrolastic arms both front and rear.  Other guys have used various
combinations.  I used a stiffer rear end because I didn't use a limited slip
diff, so wanted to have a stiffer rear to help keep the front end planted.
