getting started in a Mini

Hello All
Any one on the list driving a Mini...A couple of questions please...Are you
using front or rear sway bars, are both nessary or just one or the other?
Second question, I have been told that the rubber cones on the rear should be
as soft as possible to the point of drilling holes in them, yes or no? Thanks
for any help I can get.
