Brandon,
Don't know where you are, but the local rules (CVAR inTexas) requires the car
to be built to 1972 SCCA specs. Wheels can be 1.5" wider than stock, and mags
are OK. Some run on wires, but others use the replica Dunlop alloy wheels or
Panasports. Engines must be on SU's. Alloy bonnet OK. They run in our club
with the 240Z Datsuns, Porsche 911's and Lotus Elans. Some groups put them in
with Vettes and Shelbys. You can run a cage but it shouldn't extend through
the firewalls. If in doubt, order the Historic GCR and Historic PCS from the
SCCA (Club RAcing Division) to find out what was period practice.
