Well, I hate to admit it, but they got the beer wrong. I guess they
couldn't get hold of a few cases of Lone Star, so they substituted Dixie
Beer! I pointed out to someone that Dixie is brewed in New Orleans, but
the sentiment was there. ;=) They had steak and chicken on the BBQ,
with salad, coleslaw and cannonball dinner rolls. The appetizer was
chips with regular salsa and an interesting black-eyed pea salsa. We
also had watermelon and cookies for dessert. For your cultural
exchange, I recommend free-range chicken, brown rice and Sierra Nevada
Pale Ale. ;=) If you want wine, buy Far Niente. The owner is a big
time vintage racer (Gil Nickel).

Tonight there's a few items not on the regular menu. There's a sagebrush
chicken in a light cream sauce... (Henry Weinhard's old advert)
