Glad to hear you California types finally got some class ;>)! Here in Texas,
we always barbeque at least one large mammal and finish off with a Case of
Lone Star (which, incidentally, is a pretty good novel by Kinky Friedman).
Maybe we CVAR types will have an "Eyes of California" event with tons-o-tofu
and a delightful California wine. Hey, this cultural exchange sounds pretty
good! Glad everyone had a great race!
