A friend of mine needs to renew his FIA license to run the Monaco F-Jr. race
(must be nice). I cannot find their address. The FIA homepage, where it used
to be posted, can no longer be accessed without Netscape Navigator. In other
words, they changed the rules to make things more difficult and expensive for
eveyone concerned when what they had worked OK. At least they're consistent.
