Yes Tom, the general class of any rivet that is affixed from only one side
is a "blind rivet".  There are a number of kinds within that term.  A
normal pop rivet is the most common kind of blind rivet.  There are
structural blind rivets, closed end blind rivets, drive rivets, and so on.
