I think it=E2=80=99s important to mention that while a lot of people on thi=
s list live in the US and Canada, there are more than just a few who live e=
lsewhere =E2=80=93 i.e. Europe and Australia/New Zealand. AFAIK, many lubri=
cants in those countries differ in specification to those commonly availabl=
e in North America. Additionally, it seems that those outside N.A. prefer t=
o use =E2=80=98classic=E2=80=99 oils which are blended specifically for the=
classic car market and while they do include a number of lubricant =E2=80=
=98enhancers=E2=80=99 to improve oil performance. I refer particularly to 2=
0/50 type mineral oils and these do not need ZDDP.
