I guess that depends on whether lowering cylinder temperatures is a Good
Thing.  From what I have read, internal combustion engines are actually more
efficient running at higher temperatures (part of the reason that 'smog'
engines use 195F thermostats) and that we only accept 180F as "normal"
because the coolant is primarily water.
