When I installed my TR3A soft top I didn't do anything with the funny
padded flap above the windscreen. The general consensus was that it was to aid
in sealing the top to the windscreen and the snaps should be going through it.
Do the lift-a-dots connect to it as well or do you punch holes through it and
snap the snaps through it? If the latter, what size holes did you punch?
