I suppose that the little brass plugs are less likely to permanently corrode
in place in an aluminum head than steel bolts.B  But the steel bolts get the
job done.

Thanks for the information.B  My cat is off.B  I was just re-torquing the head
and figured why put the rail back on.B  I had seen some nice little brass
plugs a while back on e-bay and hope to find a set.B  If metric bolts
work.....
B By the way, I have a working air pump, all the fittings and a new spare
check valve.B  They will be saved.
