[TR] TR3 lower front suspension

Hi listers,

The lock washer & thrust washer combo for the lower A arms, does the lock 
washer go colar in or colar out?

I'm trying to get the lower arms off and that washer is locked fast.

Any ideas?

BTW how tight should the lower trunion be attached to the upper?
