Gas & powder coat are not a good idea, the fumes are ignitable together and can blow, never use the oven in the kitchen, the fumes are very harmful breathing them, you can buy a oven for $25.oo at yard sales, as for your grille, the part to be coated needs to be suspended in the air for coating as well as curing, coating is a very inexpensive hobbie, bit also can be dangerous if you are not careful.
