Just out of curiosity, Lou, where do you see that in the "owner's manual" ?
And which book is that, exactly ? AFAIK the factory never published a
document called "owner's manual", although ISTR Floyd Clymer did.
To answer your question, Paul, the TR2-3 has very "quick" steering. It is
designed to have only slightly more than one turn from center to either
extreme; or about 2 -1/4 turns lock-to-lock. As Dave mentioned, the exact
value does depend somewhat on adjustment ... but the worm is less than 2-1/2
turns long, so that's a maximum.
