[TR] 2 turns lock-to-lock?

I've been putting the steering back together in my TR3A.  It seems odd to me
that the steering wheel only can make two complete revolutions lock-to-lock.
Did I leave something in the way?  It turns smooth, but then again, I hadn't
even put the tires back on!
