That's the conclusion I reached, but I wanted to see if there was a "right"
way. I can't believe the factory just let it run on your feet.
Fred said it's supposed to run out of the steering wheel hole.
I think I'll do it your way.

I connected it together with the battery drain tube using a plastic "T"
connector found at a hardware store, Home Depot, etc.
